    In the aquaculture industry, feed is an essential part and main contribution in economy. Feed manufacturing is correlate with Fish farming business or industry. For the saving of the cost, ZNZ has a vast experience to manufacture the high quality of feed either floating Pallet or Sinking feed. With the help of the manufacturing feed we can save 30% to 40% cost of the total feed cost. Malaysia have a very good sources high protein feed material such as Soybean and Fish meals. ZNZ has selected the following fish feed line machine which has five stages such as Crasher, Mixer, Dryer, flavored, cooler, and packing if needed in order to supply in the commercial market.

    Every fish feed plant has a different formula. Usually the main raw materials for fish extruded feed are Soybean Cake, Soybean Meal, Wheat Bran, Fish Meal, Bone Meal, Starch, Multivitamins, Vitamin Premixes, Special Additives, Etc.

    Fish feed Production Line making machine can produce a variety of different aquatic pellet feeds. This Feed production line produces floating and sinking feed for fish, prawn, poultry and animals.

    ZNZ has selected the Fish Feed Production Line which can produce 250 kg per hour so we can produce all kinds of floating and sinking feed meal. 

    With the continuous increase of the types of pets, all kinds of pets are different from adults and children, and the requirements for pet food are also constantly increasing. According to this market demand, ZNZ has researched and developed various types of pet food production lines and fish feed production lines, which also have various configurations according to different output.

    The production line can adjust the raw materials, temperature, moisture and other process parameters, so that the product has the characteristics of novel shape, unique taste, rich nutrition and delicate organization, which is suitable for the taste of different pets. This production line is widely used in the production of dog, cat, fish and shrimp, fox, bird and various pet feeds.
